The Group underwent a restructuring in April 2001 bringing in a new management team with Dr. Yang Ding-Yuan as Executive Director and Chairman, and Dr. Hu Ding Hua as Executive Director.

Dr. Yang has just stepped down as the Vice-Chairman of Winbond Electronics Corporation, a Taiwan-based integrated chip manufacturer. Presently, he is also Chairman and a Director of several high-tech companies based in Taiwan and the USA. Dr. Hu is currently the Chairman of Macronix Corporation in Taiwan and Chairman of seven companies engaged in communications and technology related businesses and is also the Chairman and CEO of five venture capital corporations.
